Returns:

• You can return any unused product without any questions within 30 days.
• If product has been open and/or used, then there will be no refund given.
• We will replace or refund any item(s) damaged during shipping.
• We do not offer a money-back return policy for the products that were opened and/or used.

Returns Process:

Unopened/Unused Product

• Please send an email to support@pur30.com and let us know you would like to return the product.
• Pur30 support will send you an RMA number through email with additional instructions on how to package and ship the product back to Pur30.
• Ship any unused product back to us.
• Once we receive the product(s) we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card (3-5 days after your return is recieved).
• We will refund the original purchase price of the product minus a 10% restocking fee.

Opened/Used Product

• We do not offer a money-back return policy for the products that were opened and/or used.

Damaged Product

• We will also replace or refund any item(s) damaged during shipping.
• Please contact us immediately at support@pur30.com and they will send you an email with additional instructions.
